Why CBD?

Why is CBD good for the skin?

CBD (Cannabidol), the second most abundant cannabinoid in cannabis and hemp, is scientifically proven to be non-psychoactive. Clinical research indicates that CBD has anti-aging antioxidant properties and can be applied locally to the skin. The journal of the Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology published findings confirming that cannabinoids are responsible for lipid production and, therefore, are beneficial for regulating skin conditions. (1) CBD also has the ability to provide antibacterial support to the body. As more bacteria begin to evolve and find resistance to prescribed antibiotics, CBD’s antibacterial properties continue to work. (2)

What are CBD crystals?

A solvent-free CO2 extraction process creates a crystal formation that is 99% pure CBD (Cannabidol, non-psychoactive) and 0% THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol, psychoactive). The crystals in CBDevotion are created from the finest grade CBD rich strains of Cannabis Sativa from certified organic hemp grown in Colorado.
